So after the small coolant leak that turned out to be just one of the small hoses from the water pipes last summer, I decided to buy her some new goodies and go all out and replace everything I could while I was there, big thanks to Coz, Yugo Bernie and my local Nissan dealership (Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield) for their first class service. Got the HI pulley for Bernie after some thoughts on what's best for the engine and plan on making a wall clock out of the UD pulley. You can see if you haven't by now the difference between them: 
So instead of battleing with a piece of rolled up plastic to insert the cam/cranks seals I thought this worked a little easier for me: 
then the IC's, note that there is a empty space on both ends which I don't think you would want since air will travel to the less restricted area, then installing the screws with some teflon tape will eliminate any chance of leaks, also the OEM hoses where easy to fit back in without using the supplied pipes and hoses, my thoughts on that is that the less amount of connections will reduce the chances for potential leaks, but I might be wrong, but it does make it easier if you use a bit of silicone base lubricant:
